Terms of Use

The service

Rizumo is an online tool for team retrospectives and action follow-up, provided by [LEGAL NAME] (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and what is done with it. Use an email address that belongs to you. A workspace owner controls who takes part and may remove people.

Plans and payment

The Free plan has the limits shown on the plans page. The Team plan costs US$19 per month per workspace, for up to 5 teams and 100 members, billed in advance through Stripe. Taxes may be added depending on the billing location.

New workspaces start with a 30-day Team trial without a card; when it ends the workspace returns to Free unless subscribed.

You can cancel anytime in Plans; Team stays active until the end of the paid period, with no prorated refunds unless required by law. If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days before the subscription ends.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from the next period.

Your content

The content you and your team create belongs to you. You grant us permission only to store, process and display it to provide the service. You can export and delete it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, to send spam through invitations, to try to access other organizations' data, or to overload the infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is”, without a contractual uptime commitment (SLA) unless agreed in a separate contract.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. [Review against applicable consumer law.]

Ending

You can delete your account or workspace at any time. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice, giving you time to export your data.
